As a committed Krav Maga practitioner myself, I am dedicated to empowering individuals with practical self-defence skills and fostering a strong sense of confidence and personal safety. With years of experience in martial arts and a passion for teaching, I am committed to helping people of all ages and fitness levels acquire the knowledge and techniques needed to protect themselves in real-life situations.

OUR PROGRAMS
KIDS
SELF-DEFENCE
Krav Maga teaches children to be aware of their surroundings, identify potential threats and react quickly and effectively to defend themselves, as well as how to use their voice to de-escalate conflicts before they turn violent.
TEENS
SELF-DEFENCE
Krav Maga can be a great option for teenagers who are looking to learn real self-defence skills. It can help them build confidence, improve their fitness and give them the tools they need to protect themselves in today's modern society.
ADULTS
KRAV MAGA
Krav Maga training for adults typically focuses on teaching basic techniques for defending against common attacks, such as punches, kicks, and grabs, as well as how to escape from chokes and holds.
WOMEN'S
SELF-DEFENCE
Krav Maga for women is a great way to build confidence, improve physical fitness and learn valuable self-defence skills. Techniques are designed to be simple and effective and can be used by anyone, regardless of size or strength. Women can feel empowered to protect themselves in any situation.
FIGHTING &
COMBAT TACTICS
This class teaches strategic approaches to potential confrontations and violence. By improving our tactical decision-making skills in different situations, we learn to fight intelligently and position ourselves advantageously, whether a confrontation escalates or not.

PRIVATE KRAV MAGA LESSONS
One-on-one training can be an excellent way to learn Krav Maga because it allows the instructor to tailor the training to your specific needs and skill level. Your instructor will work closely with you to develop your technique, timing, speed, and power.
